Our experience turned into the quality and our technology turned into the production by providing 14.400 tons of process water for Çolakoðlu Metalurji with a turnkey seawater and brackish water Reverse Osmosis plant; which has been manufactured, installed and commissioned on February 2007.
Seawater is drawn from Izmit Gulf, than pretreated by Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Technology and desalinated by Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) System. The desalinated water combined with raw brackish water has been further treated with Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) System.

The water treatment facility consists of the following systems:
Ultrafiltration System : 16.800 m3/day
Seawater Reverse Osmosis System : 9.600 m3/day
Brackish Water Filtration System : 9.600 m3/day
Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis : 14.400 m3/day

For the Seawater Reverse Osmosis System the most energy efficient pumping technologies along with Pressure Exchangers have been used in order to achieve the most available lowest operating cost.
