Aquamatch TURKEY put signature to 2 new Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Projects!!
ICDAS Steel Mill Co.
A turnkey Sea Water Treatment Plant will be manufactured, installed commissioned by Aquamatch Turkey in order to providing process water with 2 x 3000 tons daily capacity for ICDAS Iron & Steel Co. which is one of the leader establishments in steel mill sector.
According to signed up contract in April, designing step has been completed in June for the Reverse Osmosis System which will provide process water with 6000 m3/d capacity by treating high salinity sea water.
Raw sea water will be supplied by the help of existing intake system and pass through low velocity (<10 m/h) multimedia filters, than pumped to Sea Water Reverse Osmosis System (SWRO). Pressure Exchangers will be used along with SWRO for energy recovery.
DILER Steel Mill Co.
A turnkey 2 x 4500 m3/d capacity of Sea Water Ultrafiltration System and 2 x 1800 m3/d capacity of Sea Water Reverse Osmosis System will be commissioned by Aquamatch Turkey in order to supply process water from the sea water for DILER Iron & Steel Co. which is the other biggest establishment in steel mill sector.
According to signed up contract in May, designing step is in progress and the system will be installed in midyear of 2008.
Raw sea water will be pretreated by Ultrafiltration System. Pretreated sea water will be pumped to Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) System and pressure exchangers will be used along with SWRO recovery. |
