Turnkey 20.000m³/d Capacity of Seawater and 5.000m³/d Capacity of Demineralized
Water Treatmen Plant will be manufactured, installed and commissioned for EREN
ENERJİ ÜRETİM A.Ş by Aquamatch Turkey
Process
Water and Demineralized Water that necessary for a Thermal Power Plant with 1.360
mw capacity is installing by one of the leader establishments of the energy production
sector, Eren Enerji Üretim A.Ş will be supplied by Aquamatch Turkey with a turn-key
Seawater treatment plant.
Seawater treatment plant and demineralized water
plant will be started up after a year from the beginning of contract date on October,2007.
Seawater
is pretreated by Ultrafiltration (UF) Membran Technology with 1590 m³/h capacity
before desalinated with 880m³/h capacity by Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) System.
Than, low conductivity Process water with 700m³/h (16.800m³/d) capacity, will
be supplied after the second step of Reverse Osmosis System.
Total amount of
700 m³/h product water is apportioned by 500m³/h capacity of product water is
used for soft proses water and the rest quantity with 200m³/h capacity product
water is pass through degassifier unit and mix bed demineralization unit for using
in Steam Turbine System, so demineralized water's conductivity will be "<0,15µs/cm".
Automation
of the system is designed with fully automatic and standby Scada + PLC system
and the rest of the critical equipments in the system are as % 100 stand by.
For
the Sea Water Treatment Plant the most efficient pumping technologies along with
Pressure Exchangers will be used in order to achieve energy saving.
Waterlessness
is the order of the day in historical context, thanks to everyone that is achieved
to industry. |
